Featuring a new and improved guide system, new actions, and a new patent pending line indicator, the lightweight Quantum Smoke Casting Rods deliver red hot tournament-caliber performance. New braid-ready micro SS316 guides with deep pressed frames and aluminum oxide inserts offer many of the performance attributes of micro guides, like reduced weight and improved casting distance and accuracy. The guides are also still large enough to allow knots and pegs to pass through with less restriction. The high strain, lightweight HSX70 blanks also still deliver the incredible sensitivity and power anglers know and love from the original Smoke series.
A new patent-pending Line Weight Indicator on the butt of the handle also provides a whole new level of convenience, allowing you to quickly identify which pound test is on your setup. Also equipped with premium Fuji ACS reel seats and soft touch split grip EVA handles, the Quantum Smoke Casting Rods are one of Quantum’s best and lightest rod series.
